DE Milkiland-Ukraine represents Milkiland B.V. in Ukraine
The contract of commercial representation was signed by the Company Milkiland B.V. and DE Milkiland-Ukraine on February 1, 2008.
In accordance with the contract DE Milkiland-Ukraine represents and protects interestes of Milkiland B.V. Company and assists in performance of the following actions:
- to represent and protect the Company’s interests in Ukraine;
- to provide for the stay in Ukraine of representatives of the Company and other persons directed by the Company;
- to conduct representative activity, including meetings, negotiations, conduction the exhibitions;
- to conclude agreements and contracts, and other legal actions;
- to carry out advertising and markleting activity.
