Cheese

Cheese is one of the greatest creations of humanity. It is well known that high-grade protein is the most important part in any food product. With this regard cheese can be named the "king" of food products. It contains eight amino acids, which human body cannot produce itself. These amino acids can be found in other products, but not all eight together. During the cheese ripening, the protein becomes soluble and, therefore, almost entirely (98.5%) digestable. Beside protein, cheese contains fat, calcium, vitamins, and has high caloric value.

Like any other dairy product, cheese surprises with diversity of sorts and flavours. Each variety is distinct and special, with its history and its character. The range of Milkiland cheeses includes sorts, which represent long-standing culture of it’s consumption in Europe and also traditional ones for Russia and Ukraine. Among the latter ones, primacy holds ‘Rossiiskyi’. However, there are also a lot of newly developed cheeses that are not related to a specific place of origin, but they are quite bright.
